Request process

1. Request a quote
Please fill in the form on the "Inquiry" page with the details of the quote for the product you want and submit it.
A representative will contact you to discuss the details of the quote. -
2. Submit a quote
We will send you a quote by email or fax based on your request.

3. Order
To order, please call or use the dedicated form (email).
Based on the information you provide, we will contact you to inform you of possible delivery dates and payment details.
*All products in our workshop are made to order. Each item is handwoven, so depending on the content of your request, it may take some time. If you are ordering a large quantity, please place your order well in advance of the date you need it. (Reference time: approximately 1 to 2 months) -
4. Payment
Regarding payment, we require an advance payment according to the requested content before we begin production.
Please note that the remaining balance must be paid before the product is shipped.
Please transfer the payment to our designated account by the specified date.
Normally, shipments from Okinawa may take a little longer to arrive than those from other prefectures. Delays in payment may affect your desired delivery date. Thank you for your understanding. -
5. Product shipping
We will ship the product on the next business day after the specified date once we have confirmed your payment.
